SB 55 increases Oklahoma's minimum wage to $13.00 per hour, effective November 1, 2025, with annual increases of $0.50 per hour over five years, reaching $15.50 per hour by 2030. Employers must pay the higher of the state minimum wage or the federal minimum wage for all hours worked.
