SB 1052 creates Oklahoma's "Predatory Solicitation Prevention Act" to prohibit persistent, harassing sales tactics targeting property owners regarding real estate transactions. It bans repeated communications designed to intimidate or pressure owners into selling or investing, imposing a $600 penalty per violation. Collected fines are split equally: 50% funds the State Health Care Enhancement Fund and 50% goes to the Court Clerk’s Revolving Fund.
