This Oklahoma bill prohibits health care providers and medical students from performing intimate exams (breast, pelvic, urogenital, prostate, or rectal) on unconscious or anesthetized patients during clinical training without specific consent. It requires written consent for such exams unless the exam is part of a prior surgical procedure, an emergency, or court-ordered for evidence collection. Violations are punishable as felonies, with penalties including up to five years in prison, $20,000 fines, or both, plus potential licensing penalties. The law takes effect November 1, 2025.
