To amend sections 4723.01, 4723.43, 4723.432, 4729.01, 4731.27, 4731.35, and 4761.17; to enact new section 4723.433 and section 4731.513; and to repeal sections 4723.433, 4723.434, and 4723.435 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing the practice of certified registered nurse anesthetists.

To amend sections 113.70, 113.71, 113.72, 113.73, 113.74, 113.75, 113.76, and 5501.521; to enact new section 113.77 and sections 113.80, 113.81, 113.82, 113.83, and 113.84; and to repeal section 113.77 of the Revised Code to create the Ohio Local Government Expenditure Database and require political subdivision participation, to require the state retirement systems to participate in the Ohio State Government Expenditure Database, and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 4164.11, 4906.01, 4906.03, 4928.01, and 4928.041 and to enact sections 4164.20, 4928.76, 4928.761, 4928.762, 4928.763, 4928.764, 4928.765, 4928.766, 4928.767, 4928.768, and 4928.769 of the Revised Code to authorize electric distribution utilities to construct, own, and operate nuclear generating facilities in limited circumstances and to require the Ohio Nuclear Development Authority to appoint a State Nuclear Coordinator.
