AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 53-06.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of alcoholic beverage establishment for purposes of conducting gaming; and to provide for a legislative management study.

This bill updates the legal definition of an 'alcoholic beverage establishment' to clarify it refers to licensed venues where alcohol is sold and consumed on-site, explicitly excluding liquor stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores.
