AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 11-10 and a new section to chapter 58-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the maintenance or vacating of streets and alleys in a dissolved city and the care of property in a dissolved city; and to amend and reenact section 40-53.1-07 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to dissolution, care of property, management, and disposition of funds in a dissolved city.

Added new sections to chapters 11-10 and 58-03 of the North Dakota Century Code to clarify when counties and townships may maintain or vacate streets in dissolved cities based on whether the city is in an unorganized or organized township.

Amended section 40-53.1-07 to specify that counties must employ a qualified person to manage dissolved city property, requiring a bond and monthly financial reporting to the county treasurer.

Added certification language and vote records from the Senate and House, along with governor approval and filing sections, which are standard enrollment procedures.
