AN ACT to amend and reenact section 50-24.1-47 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the family paid caregiver service pilot project and the cross-disability advisory council; and to provide an appropriation.

The one-time appropriation for the Family Paid Caregiver Service Pilot Project was reduced from $9,000,000 to $7,300,000.

The section number was updated from 25.0909.03000 to 25.0909.04000 to reflect the new engrossment version.
