AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-07 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the children's cabinet and designated working groups; to repeal section 50-06-43.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the children's cabinet; and to provide for a legislative management report.

Creates a new Children's Cabinet with 15 members including the governor, chief justice, legislative leaders, state agency heads, tribal representative, and five public representatives including a parent.

Establishes designated working groups that can be created by the cabinet presiding officer to develop policies impacting children and families.

Repeals the previous section 50-06-43.1 of the North Dakota Century Code that related to the children's cabinet.

Appropriates $220,000 from the general fund for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, to the office of the governor for administering the children's cabinet.
