AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 13 of section 12.1-27.1-01 and section 12.1-27.1-03.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to sexually expressive images; and to provide a penalty.

Changed the definition of prohibited content from 'sexually explicit deep fake video or image' to 'sexually expressive image' which now includes real, altered, or computer-generated photographs depicting nude or partially denuded human figures or sexual conduct.

Updated the consent requirement language to apply to any sexually expressive image created without written consent from individuals with a reasonable expectation of privacy, rather than specifically requiring the image to be a deep fake.

Removed the second section that amended sexual offender registration requirements (section 12.1-32-15), which was present in the earlier version but not included in the final enrollment.

Added formal enrollment language including legislative assembly details, vote counts, and certification of passage through both House and Senate.
