AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 39-10-03.1 and 39-21-26 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to class B authorized emergency vehicles and special restrictions on lamps on motor vehicles or equipment.

Clarified that emergency vehicle exemptions for speed limits and traffic direction only apply when amber and white lights are visible for 500 feet, and only during immediate protection of life/property, when stopped for duty, or when traveling slower than traffic flow.

Added restriction that emergency vehicles may display flashing blue lights only when stopped on a highway, not when transporting vehicles or traveling on highways.

Corrected multiple typographical errors including 'uponon' to 'upon', 'anya' to 'any', 'thereofof' to 'thereof', and reorganized the list of authorized flashing light vehicles for clarity.

Added specific distance measurements in both feet and meters for high-intensity light beam restrictions (75 feet/22.86 meters) and emergency vehicle light visibility (500 feet/152.4 meters).
