AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 23-21.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the perpetual care fund.

Updated minimum deposit requirements for perpetual care funds, specifying 20% of gross selling price with minimum dollar amounts for adult spaces ($20), child spaces ($5-$10), mausoleum spaces ($100), columbarium niches ($10), and crypt garden spaces ($100).

Added specific provisions for child burial spaces, distinguishing between spaces up to 42 inches (minimum $5) and spaces up to 60 inches (minimum $10).

Clarified exceptions for public or community mausoleums and columbaria that already have perpetual care funds consisting of at least 20% of proceeds from cemetery lot sales, requiring only 20% of construction costs to be deposited.

Added new category for crypt gardens or other structures above ground level, requiring minimum deposits of 20% of gross selling price or $100, whichever is greater.

Corrected formatting issues and standardized the bill structure from introduction to enrollment status, including vote counts and signature lines.
