Relating to the licensing of insurance producers; and to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 26.1‑02.1‑01, subdivision c of subsection 1 of section 26.1‑26‑13.3, sections 26.1‑26‑33 and 26.1‑26‑42.1, subdivision c of subsection 1 of section 26.1‑26.9‑03, and subsection 2 of section 26.1‑26.9‑05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the licensing of insurance producers; and to provide for a legislative management study.
