A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 28‑34 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to appeals from decisions of local governing bodies; to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 28‑34‑01, section 57‑12‑01.1, and subsection 2 of section 57‑23‑06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to notice filings and property valuation spot checks; to provide for application; and to provide an effective date.
