To require a report on expanding the scope of jurisdiction under the terrorism exception to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act in cases where a terrorist attack resulted in injury but no death.

Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
