Relates to qualifications to hold the positions of village treasurer, deputy village treasurer, village clerk, deputy clerk and building inspector in the village of Briarcliff Manor

The bill was amended to remove the requirement that eligible non-resident officials must live in Dutchess County, narrowing the geographic scope to only Westchester County and adjacent counties. Additionally, the committee discharged the bill and ordered it to be reprinted as amended before being sent back to the committee for further review.
