Authorizes the county of Warren to offer an optional twenty-year retirement plan to Bradley Murphy, a patrol officer employed by such county

This bill authorizes Warren County to retroactively enroll patrol officer Bradley Murphy in the county's optional 20-year retirement plan. Murphy, hired September 1, 2019, was accidentally excluded from the plan due to no fault of his own. Warren County must cover all associated costs (amortized over five years) and file a resolution with the state comptroller within 180 days. The bill allows Murphy to receive credit for his service from 2019 forward under the retirement system's provisions.
