Updates the South Lockport Volunteer Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association's charter

The bill was amended to be committed to the Committee on Local Government with the committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee.

The corporation name was updated to include 'not-for-profit' designation and 'Firefighters'' instead of 'Firemen's'.

Added a new provision allowing the corporation to receive a share of foreign fire insurance premium taxes based on business written in the territory.

Clarified that collected taxes must be used by the corporation in furtherance of its purposes as set forth in section three of the act.
