Expands the use of body scanners to facilities operated by the office of mental health, the office for people with developmental disabilities and the office of children and family services

Expanded eligibility to include 'secure treatment facilities' operated by the Office of Mental Health and 'forensic psychiatric centers' in addition to standard correctional and developmental disability facilities.

Changed the regulatory requirement so the State Commission of Correction must now consult with the Department of Corrections when creating scanning rules, rather than acting alone.
