To qualify, applicants must provide medical proof of the disability from a doctor or qualified healthcare provider and proof of parental/guardianship status (e.g., birth certificate, custody order). The plates will have unique markings to distinguish them from regular plates and can be issued for each qualifying vehicle owned by the parent or guardian. This applies only to vehicles not used for commercial purposes.
