Relates to the amount of time between notice of a project and a public hearing

S 6871 extends the required notice period before public hearings for real estate projects managed by the New York State Urban Development Corporation. The bill increases the minimum time between publishing a notice of a project and holding a public hearing from 10 days to 30 days in most cases, and from 10 to 14 business days in others.
