Requires the commissioner of labor to prepare an annual report on the cost of living, poverty rates and adequacy of the current minimum wage in the state

The bill was amended to add the 'true cost of economic security (TCES)' measure to the list of cost of living metrics the commissioner must use in their annual report. The bill was also renumbered from S 4514 to S 4514-A and the committee assignment was updated to reflect that the committee has been discharged and the bill was amended.
