Relates to the display of blue and green lights on certain motor vehicles

This bill allows volunteer firefighters to display blue lights and volunteer ambulance staff or mobile crisis team members to display green lights on their personal or work vehicles under specific conditions. It requires written authorization from a fire department chief or ambulance service leader, which can be revoked at any time. The lights may only be used during emergency operations, and their use is restricted to these designated personnel - no other vehicle owners may display them. The law takes effect immediately upon enactment.
