Relates to primary election voting ballots in cities with a population of one million or more as of the latest federal decennial census

The bill was amended to expand its geographic scope from applying only to New York City to applying to all cities with a population of one million or more based on the latest federal census. The substantive voting machine ballot requirements remain the same, but now apply to a broader set of municipalities. The bill also added a new provision requiring sample ballots to be mailed to eligible voters at least three days before elections.
