Authorizes the town justice of the town of Rushford, county of Allegany, to be a nonresident of such town

This bill amends New York State law to allow the town justice of Rushford (Allegany County) to live outside the town, removing the requirement that they must be a resident or elector of Rushford. It specifically changes Town Law Section 23 and Public Officers Law Section 3 to exempt Rushford from general residency rules for town justices. This change applies only to Rushford; all other towns must still require their town justice to be a resident. The law takes effect immediately upon enactment.
