Permits Yates county assistant district attorneys and assistant public defenders to reside in Monroe county

This bill allows assistant district attorneys and assistant public defenders in Yates County to live in Monroe County while still holding their offices. Currently, these legal officials must reside in Yates County or an adjoining county, but this legislation adds Monroe County to the list of acceptable places of residence. The change applies to all assistant district attorneys except the first assistant, as well as to assistant public defenders.
