Establishes a distinctive plate for the Adirondack park

This bill allows New York residents to request a special license plate supporting the Adirondack Park. It requires a one-time $25 service fee (in addition to standard registration) for the distinctive plate, which must be designed with approval from state agencies. The plate program requires a $6,000 surety bond unless at least 200 orders are received before production, with fees funding plate development and distribution. The plate is available to any resident who applies through the Department of Motor Vehicles.
