Sellers must provide a clear "tariff cost estimate" in all property listings, marketing materials, and purchase contracts, showing how tariff-related costs affected the price. It applies only to new construction sold for the first time, excluding mobile homes, rental properties, or previously sold units. The disclosure must appear as an itemized line alongside taxes and fees in all sales documentation. The bill takes immediate effect upon enactment.
