Prohibits the use of residential automatic pesticide misting systems

Bill A 7947 prohibits the use and installation of residential automatic pesticide misting systems across the state. This means individuals will no longer be able to set up or operate devices that automatically spray pesticide solutions at timed intervals around their homes or residential property.
