Relates to number stickers for motor vehicles

Bill A 6323 authorizes the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to develop and offer "number stickers" as an alternative to traditional metal license plates for motor vehicles. These stickers would have the same appearance, numbering system, and fees as standard plates. They would adhere directly to the body of the vehicle in the same position where a license plate would normally be placed, providing a new option for vehicle registration display.
