Relates to notice requirement of adult care facility closures

The requirement to provide copies of closure materials now applies when the department revokes, suspends, intends to revoke or suspend, or otherwise limits an operating certificate.

The recipients of the closure materials were updated to include the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs and specific legislative members representing the municipality, while removing references to the investigations and health care bureaus of the attorney general and the county executive.

The requirement to post supporting documentation on the department's website was moved to apply during the thirty-day period prior to the hearing date, rather than the closing date.

The effective date of the act was changed from immediate to the first of April next succeeding the date it becomes law, with specific application to closures occurring on or after that date.
