Includes in facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle consenting to the operation of a motor vehicle by a person who is under eighteen years old without a license resulting in injury

Includes in facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle consenting to the operation of a motor vehicle by a person who is less than eighteen years of age who has never had a license or the privilege of operating such motor vehicle in this state and the vehicle is operated upon a public highway by such person resulting in physical injury to another person.
