Relates to municipal websites

This bill removes the requirement for municipalities with fewer than 1,500 residents to maintain an official government website. Larger municipalities (1,500+ population) must still maintain a .gov website with basic information like election notices, meeting minutes, and budget documents. Smaller towns are exempt from the website mandate but must comply "to the extent practicable" with other transparency requirements like publishing financial reports.
