Requires certain elected officials to sign and publicly post a certificate proving they completed their sexual harassment training program

This bill requires New York's governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, comptroller, and state legislators to sign a certificate confirming they completed sexual harassment training, under penalty of perjury. Officials must publicly post their signed certificate on their official website within 30 days of completing the training. The governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, and comptroller post their certificates on their own sites, while the Senate and Assembly clerks post all members' certificates on their respective government websites. The law takes effect immediately upon enactment.
