Relates to attorneys' fees in class actions

This bill amends the rules governing attorneys' fees in successful class action lawsuits. It allows courts to award an extra amount of money to the individuals representing the class, in addition to standard legal fees. The decision to grant this additional payment would be made at the court's discretion based on the value of the legal work and the need for justice. If the opposing party is ordered to pay these fees, the court can also direct them to cover the extra amount awarded to the class representatives.
