Provides for the sale of municipal obligations by the county of Erie

This bill allows the County of Erie to sell municipal bonds or notes issued on or before June 30, 2027, through private sales. It permits the county to bypass certain legal restrictions on private bond sales, provided the state comptroller approves the sale terms and conditions. The change applies only to the County of Erie and takes effect immediately upon passage.
