Authorizes the town of Brookhaven to alienate certain lands used as parklands and to lease such lands for cell tower installation

This bill allows the town of Brookhaven to lease specific parklands for a cellular tower installation by Tag Towers LLC, with a lease term not exceeding 30 years. The town must dedicate funds equal to the fair market value of the parklands to acquire new parklands or improve existing recreational facilities. If the tower is no longer used, the land reverts to parkland status and the tower must be removed. The bill also requires compliance with federal regulations if the parklands were previously federally funded.
