Establishes the "build back BOCES act"

Establishes the "build back BOCES act"; directs the department of education to track and prepare a report on the post-graduation employment of students who completed a BOCES or CTE program; directs the commissioner of education to make certain funding allocations based on public schools' number of CTE or BOCES program graduates who obtain employment in a qualifying field within one year of graduation.
