Raised the cumulative contract limit for any single firm performing multiple contracts from $7.5 million to $15 million for architectural/engineering services and from $12.5 million to $30 million for construction projects.

Maintained requirements that advertisements must disclose the number of contracts expected and that a single selection process must be used for all multiple contracts.
