Authorizes creation of "Sons of the American Legion" license plates.

This bill authorizes the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to issue special license plates for the Sons of the American Legion, allowing members of the organization to display their affiliation on their vehicles. To qualify, vehicle owners must submit an application and pay a $50 fee plus an annual $10 renewal fee, which are deposited into a dedicated state fund. The design of the plates, including colors and emblems, will be selected in consultation with the Sons of the American Legion Detachment of New Jersey, while collected funds will cover administrative costs and provide financial support to the organization.
