Prohibits remote work for State employees.

This bill prohibits New Jersey state employees in career, senior executive, and unclassified positions from working remotely. It amends state law to explicitly ban the Civil Service Commission from establishing rules that allow remote work, ending the existing Model Telework Pilot Program (which permitted up to two remote days weekly). The law requires all affected employees to work on-site, overriding any prior telework agreements or policies. It takes effect immediately upon passage.
