Requires DHS to conduct review of reimbursement rates paid by State's child care assistance program to certain child care providers.

This bill directs New Jersey's Department of Human Services to review whether current payment rates for child care providers adequately cover services offered during non-traditional hours, such as early morning and late evening. If the review finds these rates insufficient, the department must seek additional federal funding to compensate providers for extended hours. The legislation also requires the department to publish a written report of its findings online and provide copies to participating providers upon request. The bill is temporary and will expire once the review report is issued.
