The system is narrowed from covering all permits, licenses, certifications, and form applications to only 'certain permits' issued in connection with construction, manufacturing, energy generation/transmission/distribution, real estate development, business operation, or provision of goods or services.
Professional and occupational licenses and any certifications or authorizations issued by licensing boards under Title 45 are explicitly excluded from the dashboard.
The dashboard must be an interactive online portal that allows permit applicants, State departments, and the public to track the status and progress of State permit applications - a new public transparency feature not present in the introduced version.
