Exempts State residents 65 years of age and older from certain hunting, trapping, and fishing fees and license requirements.

This bill exempts New Jersey residents aged 65 or older from paying fees for hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses and permits. It specifically removes all costs for: resident firearm hunting licenses ($26.50 fee), resident bow and arrow licenses ($30.50 fee), the "All Around Sportsman License" ($71.25 fee), and migratory bird hunting fees ($2.00). Seniors still need to obtain these licenses but will not be charged any fee or issuance fee for them. The exemption applies to all license types covered under the amended statutes (Sections 12, 6, and 11 of New Jersey law).
