Requires DEP to establish online flood, rainfall, river level, and sewer capacity dashboard.
What changed between versions
The dashboard is now required to track 'county and municipal flood risks' rather than just 'municipal flood risks,' explicitly bringing counties into the scope of real-time flood risk monitoring.
Section 1b(1)(h) now requires tracking 'history of county and municipal flooding incidents during the previous year' instead of only municipal flooding incidents.
In Section 2a(3), 'local agencies' was changed to 'municipal agencies' when describing cross-system data sharing, narrowing the reference slightly.
The annual review purpose in Section 2a(1) now states the goal is reducing administrative demand on 'counties and municipalities' rather than just municipalities, and Section 2b(2) replaces 'local governments' with 'counties and municipalities' when discussing machine-readable data reporting requirements.
Section 2 was restructured from a single paragraph into two subsections (2a for purposes of the review, 2b for what the review shall include), improving readability without changing substantive content.
