Provides that Palisades Interstate Park Commission is eligible to receive certain funding from New Jersey Infrastructure Bank.

This bill would make the Palisades Interstate Park Commission eligible to receive funding from the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank for specific projects. The Commission would be considered a "local government unit" for funding purposes, allowing it to apply for support for hazard mitigation projects, transportation projects, wastewater treatment system projects, or water supply projects. Applications from the Commission would be reviewed in the same manner as those from other local government units.
