Establishes requirements and prohibitions for sale and distribution of certain products containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances.

New Jersey's S 4367 bans the sale, distribution, or offer for sale of certain consumer products containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals, effective 3 years after the law takes effect. This includes apparel, carpets, cosmetics, food packaging, children's products, feminine hygiene items, ski wax, and textile articles. The bill also requires cookware with PFAS in food-contact surfaces to display "This product contains PFAS" labels with a website link, and prohibits using PFAS-containing firefighting foam for training or testing (except in emergencies). Violations carry civil penalties up to $20,000 per day.
