Transfers administration of certain nutrition programs to Department of Agriculture.

S 2916 transfers administration of three federal nutrition programs - the WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program, the Seniors Farmers' Market Nutrition Program, and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children - from the New Jersey Department of Health to the Department of Agriculture. It also transfers all associated grants, funds, and necessary Department of Health employees to the new administering agency. The transfer must follow the State Agency Transfer Act, with no changes to the programs' federal requirements or eligibility.
