Prohibits four-year public institution of higher education from charging tuition and fees to student who is spouse or dependent child of disabled veteran.

This bill allows spouses and dependent children of disabled veterans to attend New Jersey's four-year public colleges tuition-free and fee-free. To qualify, students must be enrolled full-time as undergraduates in good standing, have applied for all available state/federal grants/scholarships, and have applied for VA tuition benefits under the Post-9/11 GI Bill. The state will reimburse public institutions for waived tuition and fees, and "disabled veteran" is defined as a service member with a VA-certified service-connected disability. The law takes effect immediately upon passage.
