Limits rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show fees providers of health care services may charge in certain instances.

It prohibits charging any fee for canceling/rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance. For cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior or no-shows, providers may charge up to $25 only if the patient was notified at booking time and has previously violated the same rule twice within six months.
