Establishes "New Jersey Private Contractor Registration Act."

This bill requires private contractors performing non-public, non-home improvement construction work in New Jersey to register with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Private contractors must provide business details, proof of valid licenses, disclosures about labor law violations (including wage, safety, and discrimination cases), and criminal history related to work performance, along with paying a $250 initial registration fee (reduced to $100 biennially after the first term). Contractors already registered under public works laws are exempt. Failure to register or provide required disclosures may result in registration suspension, fines, or denial of renewal, enforced through the Department's Wage and Hour Compliance Division.
